The house is located in Unamar—Cabo Frio’s 2nd district—in the Long Beach Condominium, the best condominium in the region. Surrounded by lush greenery, the complex is ideal for families or groups looking to relax, go for a walk, and enjoy the beach atmosphere in peace and safety.
The house features 5 air-conditioned bedrooms, including 2 suites (1 with a king-size bed and the other with a double bed). The other 2 bedrooms each have 1 double bed, and the last one has 2 twin beds. The property also features a shared bathroom and an open-concept kitchen/living room.
The outdoor area is this house’s main attraction. In addition to direct access to the beach, the spacious grassy yard, and the pool (with a child-safety fence), the house features a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with a grill, wood-burning stove, and wood-fired oven, as well as a unique space with a pool table.

1- The house accommodates up to 15 people. A fee of R$ 200.00 per night will be charged for each additional person.
2- Quiet hours must be observed; music during the day should be kept at a moderate volume and turned down after 10:00 PM. Violations may result in a fine as well as a visit from the condo’s security team and authorities.
3- We allow up to 2 SMALL pets only; medium and large pets are PROHIBITED.
4- The cleaning fee does NOT exempt guests from their responsibility to leave the house in the same condition as when it was handed over to them—free of trash and dirty dishes.
Note: We provide 10 pillows
We do not provide bedding (guests must bring their own)
