This lovely 4 bedroom family home is situated in beautiful Pambula Beach.
The house has plenty of room consisting of 4 bedrooms large lounge dining and kitchen area with everything you need including large pantry dishwasher and air conditioning. There is lovely floorboards in main areas.
Three bedrooms upstairs with ensuite and walk in robe to main bedroom, downstairs bedroom bathroom and laundry and small lounge/ study area. Wi Fi is available.
Outside there is wrap around decks that you can sit and relax with your coffee and take in the lovely gardens and peaceful surroundings. The house is situated on a large block with carport and plenty of parking.
Please note there is a non refundable booking fee with every booking if cancelled.
Check in time is strictly 3pm and checkout time is strictly 10am.
Booking Fee and associated third-party transaction fees are non – refundable.
Keys will not be handed out before check in time unless prior arrangements have been made.
Interaction with Guests:
A Holiday Manager will be available during business hours to assist with inquiries and requests.

A really nice property and very enjoyable to stay at.The only issue we had was that the BBQ wasn't working but apart from that, everything was excellent.

Fully equipped. Clean and great view from balcony. Consideration for locked box at house for key collection would be great.

Well set up, spacious house. There didn't seem to be a wifi modem: we all found phone data sufficient for our needs eg internet browsing rather than gaming or downloading videos.

Excellent location and great views.Plenty of room, well supplied kitchen and very clean!Had issues with wifi - we weren’t supplied with a password - I enquired about this but still didn’t get anything. This was frustrating as mobile phone service in that area is’nt great.
