the ease of access, the cleanliness, the position for our sailing and the closeness of the shops and facilities
the air conditioner was good
The area seemed safe
nothing really, the wirlygig on the roof did make a noise in the wind as if it was damaged
There were some low tree branches in the backyard
We could not find the pod coffee machine, or the pods
the shower seemed to leak
the door to the bumk room did not latch
there was a cupboard door in the bunk room which was broken
None of these things were a big issue, I just thought you might like to know

Great location just a few minutes walk from the bay, an old beach house nicely updated, lovely garden with huge gumtrees. Generally all the amenities that you need.
A bit short on some things. No coffee maker, no salt, no spare toilet rolls, soap in the bathroom running out, only just enough towels per person, and we had to take bedding off the spare beds to be warm enough. Whilst the place is generally very clean the couches are pretty dirty and mouldy- the covers need replacing.

Lovely unit, clean and neat and well stocked. Location us good - walking distance to shops and the waterfront where there is a little playground. A good base to explore the Jervis Bay area.
We appreciated the tea, coffee, salt, tin foil, paper towel, cling wrap etc.
Small things - but I found that I missed a jug to have cold water in the fridge - ended up using a measuring jug which wasn't ideal. And the 4 seater dining table for a 6 sleeper unit isn't ideal, although we used the extra stools in the unit and it worked out OK.
