这个价格合理的居民小楼就在老城半岛尖岬上，房主个摩洛哥美国人，英语流利交流顺畅。他本人就住在这栋楼的其它楼层，如果需要什么，可以很方便找到他。门口的路边就可以免费停车，很方便。步行5分钟之内就可以到达海边、小型超市，步行20分钟之内可以到葡萄牙城，所以总体位置是很好的。房屋内清洁卫生状况很好，WIFI信号很好。
并没处在城市繁华的中心地带、吃饭、逛街需要步行一段或者开车。淋浴间极为狭小，电热水器偶尔会出问题。厨房设施有限，我们两个人，找房东另外借了口汤锅才勉强能自己做饭。
