We thoroughly enjoyed our two nights at Val Bare and David & Monica are great hosts. The buildings are beautiful - full of light, history and character. Breakfasts were tasty with many items made from produce grown on their farm. We had a delightful dinner on the patio one night as well.

Beautiful , peaceful setting nestled in the hills above Vittorio Veneto. Hospitality of the hosts, fresh and delicious food produced on the property. Room was very clean and comfortable! A perfect, relaxing get away.

We enjoyed our stay in Val Barè very much!

Wonderful hosts willing to complete the italian breakfast (cake and jam) with ham and cheese 😊, natural environment, italian country style house, special home made meal prepared from home produced ingredients.

We missed mosquito net on the windows and would appreciate night lamps and a carpet for the floor.

A perfect 10!

What was not to like? Everything was great! Monica and David were two of the most welcoming, friendly, gracious hosts we've ever met. From the moment we pulled into the property, we knew that it was just what we were looking for! Peaceful, quiet, beautiful and spacious rooms, gorgeous views for miles, farm animals, delicious food prepared for us by the hosts themselves, gosh, I could go on and on! Only wish would be that we could have stayed longer. It was beyond lovely!

If you like off the beaten track locations, and if you appreciate local produce and peaceful stays, this is the place fo

The location is quite special and particular. It is at the end of the road therefore it is very serene and quiet. The view is wonderful. The hosts are exceptional, and one can’t but appreciate their taste and enthusiasm. They served home-made bread and jams. We also tasted excellent local wine and Prosecco.

Colazione ottima, posizione con vista panoramica, raggiungibile con strada leggermente stretta e sterrata per qualche metro, poco distante dal "centro" del paese, struttura immersa nel verde.

Avremmo preferito essere informate sulla chiusura stagionale del servizio cucina per la cena ma abbiamo apprezzato l'esistenza di una cucina attrezzata per il "fai da te"

Entspannter Urlaub auf einem Hof in den Bergen

Die Unterkunft ist sehr schön gelegen. Abseits der größeren Straßen findet man Ruhe. Der Hof ist sehr schon restauriert und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Zimmer ist groß und hat ein gemütliches Bett. Das Badezimmer ist hell, geräumig und sehr modern. Wir haben uns sehr wohl bei den freundlichen Gastgebern gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder!
