Leon Luxury Suites

The resort was gorgeous, very clean and the staff were friendly, engaging and seemed to take care that we had everything we needed. It looks exactly like the pictures and having a local bakery/restaurant that offered quick delivery allowed us the flexibility to eat in when we wanted to

It was maybe slightly further out of the main Imerovigle area so was slightly further to walk than we realised, however taxis were readily available

Lovely and calm setting, big room, nice pool on the balcony and lovely sunrise. Breakfast was very tasty and the drinks were nice. Enriko was the waiter and was the best waiter we have ever had. He was so nice! Have already recommended to our family and friends. A lovely walk to Fira and 15 min drive to pretty much everywhere!

Everything was perfect.

The touch at Leon Luxury Suites was very personal and nothing was too much trouble for the owner to do for us at all. They couldn’t do enough for us to make us feel comfortable and welcome for the duration of our stay. The cleaners entered the room at a reasonable time each day once you had left your room for the day and everything was perfect !

N/A

The room is clean, spacious and comfortable. The hot tub in our room was very comfortable and we enjoyed it a lot.

One of the main issues is the staff/receptionist: she is quite rude and seems to dislike her job. She doesn't help with anything and treats us with indifference. I really thought the service was terrible! The breakfast is disappointing for a hotel of this level. You can't even get more than one cup of coffee without being charged for it! About the location: you will need a car or quad to get around, as there is nothing nearby. The view is not a caldera view (as mentioned in the description) but the region is quite strange too - then I was also disappointed with the view. If I could advise you: search for another place.
