We loved that it was next to a church with a beautiful garden. The place was exceptionally spacious with all the amenities one needs. The host was quick and responsive and was kind enough to even offer their bicycles.

Unfortunately the bathroom was never cleaned and the toilet was filthy. The home is still work in progress where you can see that lots of fittings, replacements and adjustments are needed to make it fully functional.

Unkomplizierte Buchung, aber sehr schmutzig und ungepflegt – dringend Reinigung nötig.

Die Buchung war unkompliziert, Kommunikation schnell und der Zugang per Zahlencode problemlos

Die Unterkunft ist großzügig geschnitten und hätte Potenzial, war aber leider stark verschmutzt: Schmutzige Wäsche lag vor Waschmaschine und Dusche, der Boden war dreckig, der Herd verschmutzt. Chipsreste lagen auf und neben dem Sofa, Krümel in der Küche und unter der Mikrowelle. Geschirr war zwar gewaschen, aber noch im Spüler. Duschvorhang verschimmelt, unangenehmer Geruch aus Abflüssen, viele Lampen defekt. Sauberes Bettzeug fehlte teilweise. Wir entschieden uns, im Auto zu schlafen. Insgesamt sehr ungepflegt, dringend reinigungs- und instandsetzungsbedürftig.

Tænker at udlejer skulle bruge lidt tid og penge på at få alle mangler fixet, så kunne det være et rart sted.

Det var et stort hus- og centralt fra Universe som vi skulle besøge

Alt for mange ting virkede ikke- ingen internet, mange lamper itu eller måske blot pærer, emhætten 😩 der var ikke lagt lagner og håndklæder frem- fandt dem i vaskemaskinen og fik dem tørret der var 1/2 rulle toiletpapir, men fandt noget køkkenrulle. Håndvasken stoppet - Terrassedøren kunne ikke låses. Og ankomsten til et halvt malet hus og fuldstændig tilgroet indgang og udeområde var ikke rart.

Huset havde det vi havde brug for og lå centralt, og svarede til forventningerne.

Der var god plads i huset. Det ligger centralt i Nordborg. Der var fin parkering.

Udvendigt var det dårlig vedligeholdt. Der var TV men det var svært at få til at virke og det krævede egen smartphone mulighed. Det ville være bedre det ikke var i huset. Det kunne være ønskeligt med et ekstra toilet, men vi vidste hvad vi gik ind til. 😀

Ruim huis in mooie omgeving, maar met achterstallig onderhoud

De ruimte, we waren met 3 volwassenen en 2 kinderen, dan is het een heerlijk ruim huis. Voor de kinderen was er speelgoed aanwezig, o.a. Duplo waardoor de kinderen zich al snel goed vermaakten. Aan TV’s geen gebrek, op iedere slaapkamer is een grote en moderne TV beschikbaar. Mooi uitzicht aan de achterkant van het huis. Wasmachine en droger beschikbaar, altijd handig met kleine kinderen. Parkeren op eigen terrein. De moeder van de eigenaar was erg behulpzaam om o.a. snel een nieuw matras voor het babybedje te brengen aangezien dat ontbrak en ook bracht ze op ons verzoek batterijen voor de rookmelders aangezien die ontbraken. De eigenaar zelf was net voor onze aankomst vertrokken op vakantie en kwam terug na ons vertrek. De eigenaar was via berichten op Booking goed bereikbaar en reageerde vlot.

De bedden zijn oud en vies. Alle bedden hebben vlekken in de (top)matrassen. Alle deuren piepen, klemmen en/of sluiten niet goed. De elektra op de bovenetage werkt deels niet, daardoor kunnen niet op alle kamers en in de gang de lampen aan. Op de badkamer blijft de douchekop niet hangen, deze zakt naar beneden op de stang. Dit hebben we zelf met tape provisorisch op kunnen lossen. De wc raakt iedere dag verstopt, zijn er 3 (!) ontstoppers aanwezig. De wc loopt ook erg langzaam vol, (zo’n 10 minuten duurt het voordat het reservoir vol is) wat vooral hinderlijk is doordat de wc steeds snel verstopt raakt. De slaapkamer op de beneden etage is door een half open muur van de woonkamer gescheiden. Dit was op de foto’s niet goed zichtbaar, de persoon die daar slaapt kan dus pas naar bed als er niemand meer in de woonkamer is. Bij het in de nacht naar de wc gaan, moet via de woonkamer naar de badkamer gelopen worden en dus langs de half open slaapkamer. Vooral met een klemmende en piepende deur van de woonkamer uitdagend om niet iemand wakker te maken. Het huis is lekker groot voor een gezin, maar doordat er maar 1 wc aanwezig is die geregeld verstopt raakt, is het huis niet ideaal voor meer dan 5 personen. Ook zijn de eettafel en bank voor max. 6 personen geschikt. Dit was voor ons prima, maar voor wie met meer personen in het huis wil verblijven wel iets om rekening mee te houden. Het huis ligt direct tegenover de kerk. Met ramen van de slaapkamer dicht hadden wij er geen last van, bij raam open zijn de kerkklokken ieder uur wel duidelijk hoorbaar.
