Size of apartment was great! Beds were comfortable. Was modern and well decorated. Livable for a week as a family of 4 so felt really comfortable staying there. Grateful to have access to laundry and a drying rack.

The kitchen didn’t have a toaster or a small freezer in the fridge. The kitchen cupboard didn’t have shelves which looked like maybe it once did but if it did and had more storage that would have been helpful for storing our food. The ceiling light in the down stairs room couldn’t be blocked out leaving that room light. The fire alarm was set off by other guests a couple of times which was unfortunate but good to know it works! Super convenient to supermarkets and was great we had bikes to get around and to train station.

The complimentary coffee and tea is a welcome touch, and the bed is genuinely comfortable - exactly what you need after a day in the city. The location is a strong point, with a pleasant park close by that makes the area feel calm and walkable. Despite the hotel listing early check-in as a paid upgrade, I was checked in around 1:30 PM free of charge, which was a nice gesture from the staff.

The ground-floor room has very small windows positioned high on the wall, resulting in almost no view and a noticeable lack of natural light throughout the day. The window blinds were not working properly - too much light crept in at night making it difficult to fall asleep, while daytime brightness was ironically still insufficient. Most disappointingly, the pillows had no pillowcases and were visibly yellowed and stained; at the price this hotel charges, simply replacing them is the bare minimum guests should expect.

Self-contained was good for a longer stay, pleasant studio and very quiet. Lots of transport options within walking distance.

I didn't like the area, several very large. buildings around Ben's were being renovated so it was like being in zombie movie with only a few survivors, but could hear any being carried out.

Washing system was not as expected, no tumble dryer and not easily accessible as other washing constantly in the machines
