The apartment is new and vey well located. It has two rooms, two bathrooms and a sofa bed in the living room. There is parking but you have to reserve it in advance and it cost 20 eu per day.
We were hesitant to book a new listing with no reviews and the apartment has not been optimized for short term rentals. We had very good communication with the host, Sara, but we never met her (we booked eight apartments for this trip and this is the only one where we were not welcomed by the host).
Specifically, there was no paper towel, the coffee machine wasn’t working, there was no laundry detergent, no cups for tea, etc.
The most serious issue we had was with the check out time. In Booking.com the check out time was 8:00am-10:00am. The day of the check out we were told that, as a favor, we could leave at 9:30am, thirty minutes before the official check out time. When I complained I was told that she decides when to leave in that range and not us. This has never happened to us before.
