Experience lakehouse life on beautiful North Lake! 4BR/3BA/Sleeps 9 This recently renovated waterfront home has everything you no need to enjoy a retreat to this all sports lake. Home features 64’ of frontage and a private 50 ft dock with views that will remind you why sunsets are so amazing. Living room is spacious and open to the dining room and updated kitchen. Spend the day on the water, relaxing inside, or playing some of our favorite indoor and outdoor games. This home is a place to help you unwind and make memories.
This gorgeous get-away retreat has been fully-and lovingly restored to create a one-of-a-kind elegant vacation property. Our 2000 sq. ft. retreat will feel like your very own lake house retreat.
You can spend your days lounging by the all sports lake, enjoying nature, playing games in the backyard, kayaking, fishing or frolicking in the water. The boat launch is less than 100 yards away for those that would like to bring or rent their own water toys. N & K Marine in Gregory will even deliver a boat rental directly to the launch for you! The property also has a private 50 ft dock. There is a dirt road between the house and the water.
Evenings are perfect for relaxing in the breeze off the water and watching the sun go down over the lake. S’mores taste the best over the firepit after a long day on the water.
Enjoy an open living room with vaulted ceilings and dining room overlooking the picturesque views of North Lake. Adjacent to this area is an updated modern kitchen, overlooking the lake with stone countertops and high-end appliances.
This property has four gorgeous bedrooms and sleeps 9 very comfortably:
One spacious primary bedroom with a king bed,
2 rooms with queen beds,
and a fourth room with a bunk bed + trundle.
There are three full bathrooms, and laundry available.
Since we are on a lake, we use the "garage" as a transition space between indoors and outdoors where we can enjoy games like ping pong and foosball.
The kitchen is stocked with high quality cookware and ready for the chef in your family to do their thing (on our family trips this is my father-in-law).
Each bedroom is furnished with comfort in mind. Each has a new Helix mattress and the upstairs bedrooms each have control of their own heating and cooling via minisplit. Blackout shades make it easy to sleep in– even with the summer’s early sunrise.
If you encounter rainy weather or you feel like relaxing inside, a smart TV and WIFI is available to connect your streaming device. With comfy seating and lakeviews it is easy to get lost in a book or drift off “resting your eyes.”
In the garage we have table tennis, foosball and shuffleboard to take advantage of the shade while having quick access back to the lake to play.
While this house has everything you may want for a relaxing vacation, you may decide to venture out to the local towns to see the shops, go to a restaurant, visit the farmers market or explore the night life.
From our lakefront home you are an easy 10 minute drive down a paved country road to the restaurants and shops in lovely downtown Chelsea or Dexter.
If you are visiting Ann Arbor, you are only 18 minutes from downtown.
If mountain biking or hiking is on your itinerary, this home is situated in the heart of mountain biking country in lower Michigan. You will be less than 7 miles from either the DTE Energy trail system and Pinckney recreation area, each with over 20 miles of groomed mountain biking trails.

This house was just perfect for our weekend. The four bed rooms and three baths gave us plenty of room to stretch out. The kitchen was well appointed and great for making meals. The view of the lake was lovely. And, we found lots of great hiking trails near by.

The North Lake House was a wonderful place for our family of 5 to stay. The house was very clean with nice and comfortable furniture. The whole home is updated nicely. All of the bathrooms were stocked with body wash, shampoo, conditioner, ample towels, and cotton balls and q-tips.
Beds and pillows were comfortable and the pellet fire place was amazing in the chilly early mornings of our October stay.
Our kids loved the game tables in the garage!
The view of the lake with the large wall of windows was absolutely delightful!
The manager/owners were very responsive and did not make a fuss over the sheets that were affected when one of our kids woke with a bloody nose. They were even kind enough to ship our baby’s pajamas back to us!
All in all, great home in a peaceful location not far from Ann Arbor (or Brighton). We hope to be back!

This home was the perfect place for me and my family’s last vacation of the year! Everything in home is new and modern and it had available so many amenities like kayaks,Bluetooth speaker, everything to start fire for s’mores and all the stuff to make s’mores water toys, tubes, and anything in kitchen you may think you need they have. The lake was beautiful and we had 2 day boat rental from place they suggested and it was nice to have own dock and boat launch so close. It was amazing stay to say the least.

The house had everything you could need. Owner was very responsive. House was clean and exactly as described. We I’ll be going back next summer.
