Located waterfront and across the street from South Beach Marina and the Salty Dog Cafe, 1907 South Beach Club is the perfect location to enjoy Hilton Head Island and the South Beach area of Sea Pines. The first floor location provides beautiful views of Calibogue Sound from the living room, kitchen, Master Suite and one of two Guest bedrooms. Calibogue Sound can be enjoyed for recreation as a beach or boaters paradise or as a wildlife refuge with passing dolphins, sea birds, sanddollars and starfish.
Bedrooms include the master suite with king bed, private balcony with Sound views, TV, and updated bathroom with walk-in shower, 2 vanities and walk-in closet. A guest bedroom with 2 double beds features a TV and full bath with walk-in shower, and the third bedroom with queen bed features a TV and half bath, which doubles as a Powder Room for the common areas of the villa. There is also a utility room with washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies (vacuum, mop, broom), if needed.
The kitchen has access to the balcony with table and chairs. Warm sea breezes greet the balcony and you will enjoy watching wildlife in your backyard, from strolling deer to frolicking dolphins swimming in the distance. 1907 South Beach Club offers a unique private staircase off the balcony which conveniently ushers you to the South Beach Club pool (for your use) and private beach access.
The South Beach Club building, landscape, private swimming pool and amenities are impeccably maintained. The wonderful South Beach location is just steps from miles of sugar-sand beaches, the shops, restaurants and boating activities at the South Beach Marina Village and endless bike paths. Being inside the gated community of Sea Pines gives you public access to three championship golf courses, Harbour Town Yacht Basin, two world-class tennis centers and a 650-acre forest preserve. Most Sea Pines amenities are open to the public, but some may have parking fees or seasonal rates as determined by the resort.

Wonderful 2 weeks at this property. South beach is such a great location! This complex is very well maintained and quiet. The condo unit beautifully decorated with very comfortable furniture. Thanks for sharing your special place!
