Stunning oceanfront 3-bed, 2.5-bath condo at Pelicans Landing 304 on Shore Drive. Enjoy convenience with an elevator, a full kitchen, multiple TV's, and a washer/dryer. Bask in the morning sun on the screened-in porch, relish the oceanfront pool, and sleep comfortably on queen, full, and 2 twin beds, plus a sleeper sofa.

The property management company,Grand Strand Vacations,contacted by phone on Friday which was my check in day to tell me the condo was clean and ready for me to check in. I informed the lady that might wife and I would be arrival very late evening and asked how to check in. She explained that a drop box would be outside the office with my checkin packet. Upon arrival the box was locked and I was unable to get my packet. Called the business number and was connected with a gentleman. He was extremely rude to me as if I was inconvenience to him. He rudely gave me several wrong codes to access the condo. I also must say I stayed at same condo building Memorial Day weekend and this same gentleman was rude to me about a maintenance request for another condo managed by Grand Strand Vacations in same complex. Going forward I will not rent any condos managed by this company. Two bad experiences is enough for me.
