Inside you'll find a bright interior with plenty of natural light, and a warm feeling of welcome throughout the place. Nautical decor helps bring the feel of truly being away from it all! The comfortable living and dining area is a great place to gather and have conversation, or watch a movie on the large TV. Prepare a grand meal or beach picnic snack in the full kitchen, complete with stainless steel appliances and a breakfast bar. The main bedroom is the epitome of comfort, with a soft King-size bed, a TV for private viewing, a private entrance to the balcony, a dedicated workspace, and a luxurious en suite bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
