Was a very pleasant stay, clean and spacious room. Shower was a little small but perfectly adequate for our needs. Nice to have a little kitchen area in especially if staying for a few days and you want to cook for yourself rather than eat out. Would deffo recommend.

It was a hot day. So the fan was not very effective. Others were all fine. My window overlooked the car park court, which contradicted my expectation as the photos seemed to suggest we would see the river (I booked this via the website: RiverRoom)
I am not sure what "staff service" & "Friendliness" mean, as I did not see anyone except a cleaner when we were leaving. But the text communication was very good, and the staff was very helpful.
