Welcome to the Vista Lakehouse! The place to unwind & kickback. Only 2.5 hrs from TO, escape the hustle of the city & slow down among the trees. Our pet-friendly (with restrictions) A-frame chalet-style cottage features 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a living room with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, & a fully equipped kitchen. With over 250 feet of sandy frontage on Doe Lake, it is the perfect getaway for multiple families! Conveniently located near everything Huntsville/Muskoka has to offer. You'll never want to leave!
Come enjoy nature in our modern cottage, relax while the southern light pours in from the wall of windows as you enjoy your morning coffee, grill your favourite meal on the deck as you listen to the laughter of your loved ones swimming in the lake, and explore nature right outside your front door!
Create lasting memories gathered around the fire pit or dock. Doe Lake is known for it's fishing, but you may also decide to explore this large lake, with all of its inlets by canoe or kayak. Doe Lake is also connected to the famous Magnetawan River, which flows all the way to Georgian Bay; there's no shortage of water to explore!

Note - Two extra double mattresses are stored in lower level closet and they can be put anywhere in the cottage.

• We are pet friendly with restrictions. ******
• We have a WHOLE HOME WATER FILTRATION SYSTEM along with a reverse osmosis drinking water dispenser in the kitchen.
• Dining table seats 8 (Plus extra folding table and 6 foldable chairs)
• High-speed Fibre internet/Wi-Fi

We had a wonderful week at Vista Lakehouse. It was easy to check-in and found the kitchen well appointed and well stocked. The open layout of kitchen, dining and great room facilitated conversation and togetherness, The lower level was comfortable and had lots of activities for our children! The outdoor patio off the dining room was spacious and had three separate areas for privacy and different groupings of people. The outdoor area going down to the water was very pretty with stone walkway and firepit surrounded by Muskoka chairs. The view to the water was quite close from the cottage and so we felt our orientation was toward the water, surrounded by Birch and Oak trees.

An outstanding cottage on a Great Lake with a lovely beach area for the kids to play at. The property exceeded our expectations and I would highly recommend this listing.
