Superb location - can access with elevator straight from the station (Hongik exit 1), Hongdae hot spots all within walking distance Very accommodating staff - kept the bags at his office for us when we arrived earlier than the check in time & after we chekced out and always answer to any requests / questions Great facility - have all the basic necessities + essential cleaning supplies (vacuum, washing machine, detergent, drying racks), smart toilet, shampoo, body wash, plenty of towels

Just the broken washing machine, but it was replaced immediately by the owner

Location.
The toilet was leaking with water from the toilet bowl. More pillows would b greater. There were no bathing towels. The towels provided were more for floor mats. No water bottles for guests too n no daily cleaning.
