Die Gastgeberin Lidija ist sehr freundlich und entspannt, genauso wie ihr Ehemann. Der Strand ist über Treppen in 2 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Es ist ein kleiner Ort und sehr ruhig. Jetzt im Juni, waren 90% nur Einheimische anzutreffen. In der Früh, zwischen 7 und 8 Uhr und am Abend ab ca. 19:30 Uhr hat man den Strand für sich alleine. Ansonsten ist auch nicht viel los, man findet immer einen Platz mit genügend Abstand zu anderen Badegästen. Für Muscheltaucher ist es optimal! So viele Muscheln wie hier, hab ich noch nie so einfach und an einem Strand gesehen.
Außerdem ist man ca. 30 Minuten von Zadar entfernt, wo es viele Bootstouren zu verschiedenen Inseln gibt. Am besten den Parkplatz in Zadar, Zadar Parking Ravnice, benutzen. Vertraut mir!
Mücken sind allgegenwärtig, am besten eine anti Mücken Salbe mitnehmen oder andere Mückenabweisende Hilfsmittel kaufen. Für Invalide oder Menschen, die schwer zu Fuß unterwegs sind, ist es nicht geeignet. Allerdings kann man mit dem Auto auch nahe am Strand parken.

It is located in nice town. The beach was very good and the water was clean.
The room was clean.
There is kitchen in the room with big fridge and set of dishes.
The parking has trees, so the car is not heating that much.
The owner is very kind.
There is a tag on the general description of the place that it has air conditioner. I understand that it's my fault I didn't check that exact room I chosen didn't have it, so no claims here. But the temperature during the day was above 35 degree of Celsius every day, so it was uncomfortable. Maybe it would be enough at least to put floor fan to the room to make the situation much better.
The room we stayed had very poor wifi connection, so we were unable to use the internet inside the room. The internet speed was up to 100Kbps on the bed, and up to 600Kbps in the toilet. The internet speed and unstable connection were uncomfortable to use an internet. Probably the whole internet speed was not that good at all, as I saw maximum 2,5Mbps on the terrace, and this speed is used by 4-5 rooms in the building. In my vision the internet is almost as needed as electricity today.
The roof of the room is the terrace of another room, so when the chairs are moved on the terrace you hear it as chairs were moved inside the room.

Well equipped apartment, the host was lovely and came with me to help guide me to park my car. Very relaxed, good place to go to get away
from all the tourists along the main coast line. Amazing value for money too! Easy location from the airport too, literally a straight road.
The little road to the property and in the area is a little tight but take it slow and it’s fine.
