The house is at a quiet location, recently built and with a big garden. It has all the needed amenities for cooking, washing, etc. The porch was really nice with a dining table and a sofa with coffee table which were always in the shade. The playground for the children was also very nice. There is a BBQ as well. The host is also very friendly and willing to help. Should be noted that the single AC unit was indeed quite enough to cool the whole house.
Staircase leading to the second floor was steep and narrow so one should be careful when going up and down, especially with kids.
