Très bon emplacement à 50 mètres de la mer, des commerces et écoles de surf, petite cuisine fonctionnelle, balcon et place de parking privée pratique.
Les remontées d'odeur d'égouts dans la salle de bain sont désagréables dans tout l'appartement, cela vaudrait le coup de faire quelque chose !

L’emplacement est parfait pour ne pas a avoir bouger la voiture du séjour , l’équipement est suffisant et pratique , le lit est très confortable. le parking est un véritable atout , très propre , on a pu récupéré le logement à 14h au lieu de 16h ☺️
Assez bruyant , peu insonorisé , on entends les discussions des voisins , mais aussi la musique de la boîte de nuit qui fait face à l’immeuble lorsque leur porte s’ouvre (ainsi que les gens qui discute devant leur porte) La cabine de douche est vraiment très petite Le portail du parking est bloqué en position ouverte tout le temps , donc pas sécurisé
