Location. Good neighborhood close to Romexpo. Spatious apartament. Clean.
No parking. Better day no parking rather than find out about this once you are there. Also risking getting fines while parking when you arrive. Please change this policy. Also, consumables check before next booking. I had to buy some.

Everything was good, easy to communicate, place is lovely, comfortable, very good mattress.
There is no hair dryer in the location- would have helped, even a small one.
Apartament is strangely located on the floor does not follow standard numbering.

Location for my interest
No parking place, even no parking spot on the street.
The bath was dirty, far for the minimum condition of a 4 star accomodation. The sofa iis dirty, the kitchen very poor equiped.

Необходимая посуда имеется(сковорода,кастрюля,ножи,вилки,ложки,кружки,стаканы (на два человека),фен,утюг,удобный матрас,телевизор(мы подключили свой ютуб),арендодатели всегда на связи.
-Очень неудобные синтепоновые подушки,промучилась 3 ночи(
-на кухне нет элементарных продуктов (чай,сахар,масло),а магазинов в пешей доступности нет.До ближайшего нужно прилично пройтись.
-Замок ,в ванную комнату отсутствовал
-диван,в зале пора обновить,затасканный давно
-кнопка выключателя света на кухне постоянно заедала(её явно надо ремонтировать).
-черная плесень ,вокруг ванны
-домофон несколько раз звонил ночью,отключить его не получалось
-за окном всю ночь лают собаки с округи,спали с закрытыми окнами,но это не помогло((
