離火車站近，可以當做轉運站，如果對於走路很有自信，其實點不錯，有說明停車位置只是很特別。走去百貨、景點以及公園都算近了，我認為性價比很ok

地點很隱蔽，希望會有很方便的指引（影片更好），因為房東給得指引我還是有點迷糊，藉由網友提供的指引找到（因為是晚上到會有些環境不太一樣）如果要說因為很隱蔽，夜晚光線有點不足，要注意安全房間的燈光較為偏暗

場所もそうですが、チェックインの方法がわかりにくく、房東に電話連絡がつかず放置されたと勘違いしました。メールで連絡ついたのが、到着して１時間半後だったのが残念
