Lovely apartment in a great location
There is no room around the bed so you have to crawl in from the bottom. There's no room for a bedside locker so nowhere to charge your phone if you want it beside you and there's no bedside light. But there was so much else that was fab that I didn't mind too much. It could be an issue for some people

Great central location, close to ferries and easy reach of town. Nice spacious apartment with great kitchen facilities. Modern furnishings, safe and nice details on check-in (slippers, branded bags etc). Good value for money.
The bathroom in the Tokoyo flat was very small - there was not a lot of space to get into the shower. The shower also didn't drain brilliantly and the hot water was a bit variable. The flat overlooked the street which was a lovely view but quite noisy - however I messaged the host and they very kindly gave me some earplugs which was much appreciated!

The apartment is big and clean, and in a fantastic location.
The hosts are responsive and there is also a coffee shop in the same building that's really nice and a great bonus.
The balcony is big and offers lovely views, the bed is comfortable and the AC works perfectly.
Kitchen is fully equipped.
The housekeeper is really kind and helpful. There are lockers you can use for your luggage after checking out, which is really helpful.
The card system for going in and out works great.
The washing machines were broken when we first arrived, but they were quickly fixed and worked fine.
The water pressure is really weak, especially in the kitchen, which put us off cooking as you can't really wash up properly. Bathroom tap a bit unpredictable between hot and cold. You can easily make do, but would be great if these were fixed.
The TV is unusably slow, but we didn’t come to Malta for the TV :)
