The arrival was easy and the contact for the location was friendly and responsive. Everyone we met in the surrounding neighborhood was also very warm and welcoming. The pool was really close and looked very clean, but cold, rainy weather kept us from using it. The location was quiet and secure. You can walk five minutes to a little market at the nearby campground, they also have a little restaurant there by the beach that's cozy and inexpensive.
Just a heads up for future stays- we did not have a vehicle and a number of places we wanted to go were an hour walk each way. Having a bike or scooter (or car) would have been great. Other than that, the taxi service was responsive to get into Sagunto city centre and the port (about 20 euros or so each way).
