The space, comfort and natural light.
It might be good to have blackout blinds instead of the transparent blinds so you have the option to block out the light. The toilet was very weak and could do with being serviced/replaced.

Perfect location for our longer stay - the building has pied-à-terre access to Trader Joes, Target, Starbucks & lots of restaurants and shops! The apartment was pet friendly, so our stay felt very residential and much like home. The staff at the front desk are great and we were happy to have access to the gym and pool. The host & owner of the unit were super responsive when we had a mishap with the AC, and made sure we were quickly squared away.
