convenient location.

Location. Kitchen.
- Mattress cover gets displaced.
- Mattress itself is old and worn.
- Shower drain was clogged. Water accumulates when showering.
- AC is very loud. Makes it harder to sleep at night.
- You can hear your neighbors loud and clear when they leave the apartment sometimes early in the morning.
Property has potential, but besides superficial cleaning, nobody seems to take the care needed to make your stay really comfortable.
