My wife and I stayed here for a week around the time of the eclipse. We had absolutely none of the problems listed in previous reviews. The unit is small--but that is what we expected when we booked a camper. The back yard setting is very peaceful. It's like you are in a quiet, rural location. Amber is a wealth of information about what to do in the Boerne area. Hosts were friendly and pleasant to talk with. We would certainly book this unit again if we returned to Boerne.
