The house is in an excellent location to downtown Beaufort. Also, the house was well stocked with all the necessary items for items used daily. Front entrance could be cleaned up for a more welcoming entrance.

We didn't spend too much time in the home as we were out home shopping the entire time. Great location and neighborhood. We had a nice walk around the neighborhood. Was just a couple of minutes to the historic district. Could get anywhere needed within minutes. There was big owl in the oak tree who would hoot at us when we came back in the evening. Highly recommend this location.
