About this house rental
Find the perfect slice of Americana lake life in this newly renovated home on Clear Lake. No detail has been spared in creating this retreat for you and your loved ones to slow down, relax and make memories. The home features unique Iowa theming in each room. Enjoy the lake views from the Buddy Holly room, or enjoy the master suite with luxury bathroom, jacuzzi tub and screened porch. Whether you're boating, grilling, ice fishing, cycling, shopping, Netflixing, crafting or by the campfire (or fireplace) at night; this is where memories are made.
Besides the three bedrooms, there are couches and air mattresses for extra sleeping spaces. The updated and well-equipped kitchen includes a gas range and double oven and check out the wood carved map of clear lake in the redesigned dining room. If you need a desk for a workcation or quick meeting, we have a setup for that too with high-speed, stable internet.
For those bringing a boat, the home does not have a private dock, but you'll be minutes or a short walk from a public boat ramp or State beach.
The home is unofficially named Ron's Landing, after our late father who loved Clear Lake and spent many summer weekends at the lake with us. We designed this space with care to be the perfect retreat for us and our families, so we know you'll have an unforgettable experience and love it just as much as we do.
Security camera disclosure: as required by VRBO, there are two external security cameras at this property. One covers the front door and one covers the back door. They are purely for security purposes since the owners do not live local.

What a beautiful home for a cosy stay! Went for a long weekend bachelorette and it was the perfect spot. Beautiful rooms with tons of amenities. Would love to return some day!

We were close to shopping and the beach and restaurants. The neighborhood was perfect for nightly walks. Check in was a breeze and the kitchen and bathrooms were stocked with everything we needed. Cozy and comfortable home away from home!
