Beautiful Vaulted Loft Condo, Top Floor Mountain Views, 745 Sq Ft, resort built in 1982 w/Full kitchen including Keurig, balcony, full size bathroom, new smart TV, WiFi, cable, heated pool, hot tubs. Two queen beds, one pull out queen size couch. Year round activities, skiing/boarding at WP & Granby Ranch, trails, mt Bike, and fishing. Snow Mtn Ranch, Grand Lake, RMNP and Hot Sulphur Springs. NO PETS, NO SMOKING. Disinfecting Professional Housekeeping Service.

This was great spot for a one night stay (for 3 single guys), but not very conducive to anything longer. We enjoyed the balcony and the loft layout. The unit itself was clean and well kept, however the building as a whole needs some serious updating, but the pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. We liked the close proximity to a grocery store.

Loved the proximity to Grand Lake, Winterpark, and RMNP. This property housed my family (3 teens, 2 adults) perfectly.
