Enjoy the brand new interior of this 5 bedroom Sunriver house. Located on the 6th hole of the Woodlands golf course savor your morning coffee as you look out over the greens. Located on a quiet street on the edge of Sunriver Resort enjoy hikes and bike riding through the vast Sunriver trails or venture onto the neighboring public land.
Enjoy a large chefs kitchen with a Dacor range and two dishwashers. Or, take advantage of the oversized island to spread out take-out on if you don't want to cook!
5 well appointed bedrooms and 4 full baths have enough space for everyone. Pool table, poker table and a hot tub on an expansive deck help round out your stay. Did you drive your Tesla? There is a charger in the garage for you to power up! 8 SHARC passes are included for you to enjoy.

Beautiful large house, the pictures don't show how large and open the space was. Loved that there was a huge 10 person dining table as well as breakfast nook and bar seating at the huge island.Also really appreciated the very large couches, ample seating in both upper level and lower level living rooms. So many times houses have a large number of bedrooms but then barely any way to all hang out in the common spaces. Not the case here. Very large TVs in both living rooms too, could easily have one living room for adults and one for kids.There are two bedrooms on first floor (one king and one queen - slightly odd that the queen bed was in the huge master bedroom with walk-in closet and on suite bath, and the king bed was in the much smaller bedroom with a shared hall bath). Huge living room and open floorplan dining room, breakfast nook, and huge kitchen with large island are on that same floor.Downstairs are three king bedrooms, one with attached bath, the other two share hallway bath. One of the bedrooms that share hallway bath also has the bunk beds. Between the lower level bedrooms is another large living room with plenty couch seating.The only thing missing from the house is the outdoor fireplace that is seen in the online photos. Also, the hot tub is not under a cover - it was raining the weekend we were there and we didn't use the hot tub for this reason.The property manager Jenny was super nice and prompt with responses.
