About this villa rental
A Stunning Villa with Traditional Réthaise Architecture in the Heart of La Noue Village
A true haven of peace surrounded by nature.
This exceptional 850 m² villa can accommodate up to 18 guests, making it the perfect place for family gatherings or holidays with friends.
The property features two independent entrances: one for families and one for guests.
It offers 8 suites, including 3 air-conditioned rooms, and a bright south-facing living area that opens onto a lush garden with over 3,500 flowers and a swimming pool.
Wellness Area for Total Relaxation:
Spa, hammam, jacuzzi, cold bath, changing room, and showers.
Also available: a private cinema room.
The main living area features a panoramic lounge with glass walls overlooking the pool and beautifully illuminated vertical gardens.
All 8 bedrooms are tastefully decorated and come with their own TV and private bathroom or shower room (3 on the ground floor, 5 on the lower level).
For added comfort, the villa includes an elevator (suitable for guests with disabilities or reduced mobility).
A spacious fully equipped kitchen is at your disposal.
Utility Room: Washer, dryer, and ironing equipment.
Outdoors:
Enjoy a 17-meter heated swimming pool with hydrojets and bubbling baths.
The pool is heated to 27°C, and can reach up to 29°C in summer depending on weather conditions.
A garage and private parking spaces are available.
Bonus:
An adjacent two-bedroom guest house can be rented in addition to the villa (at +15% of the listed rates).

This property was ideal for our large group. We had plenty of space to spread out and relax. The kitchen, patio and pool area was spacious, open and well laid out. The theater was great too. We loved the flowers everywhere around the property. Steven was very helpful and friendly to work with on any questions.

A stunning villa located close to the beach and to a nice little village, very friendly owner and easy checking/out process. We had a wonderful family vacation in Jean-Pierre’s house. The pictures don’t even represent how gorgeous the house is. The house is very well equipped especially the kitchen which is very practical for a large group. Would definitely rent this house again. Merci Jean-Pierre for your hospitality and for letting us stay in your beautiful house.
