The view. The villa. Location as can walk to coffee shops and restaurants and shops. Everything was so nice.
There was 8 of us so the 2 on the sofa bed had to use one of the bedrooms ensuites and creep in their room. As we were family it wasn’t too bad but if couples, could be awkward and the door to the ensuites are next to the beds.

The most beautiful views of the bay of Paleros.
Spacious villa, everything feels very new and clean.
Amazing pool and outside furniture .
Beautifully decorated.
10 minute walk to the village / town.
It works perfectly for 6 people - very spacious.
We were a family of 8 and it was fine with two sleeping on the comfy lounge sofas. However do note there are three en suites for the three bedrooms so whoever sleeps in the lounge does have to come into the bedrooms for the en suites (not that this was a major issue for us)
The walk back up to the villa is very steep - again not a problem for us but be mindful if you have anyone in your party who may struggle with this.

Lovely pool, fabulous views and overall a beautifully presented and well located modern property. The aircon was much needed during our stay as it was exceptionally hot and we were grateful to have it throughout the property. Communication with Theo was excellent, the lady who changed our towels etc was lovely and we would definitely return. Paleros is a lovely little town with everything you need and plenty of great restaurants all walkable from the villa, if you don’t mind a fairly steep uphill walk home !
The kitchen could be better equipped. You’re a bit limited for equipment if you want to cook in. No serving dishes for example, there wasn’t a full set of wine glasses and some crockery missing but we made it work. No hot water in the mornings and the WiFi was patchy but again not major issues for us and didn’t impact our enjoyment of the villa.

Great location and a well equipped villa. The owner came to introduce himself which was nice. The caretaker was always available if anything needed. The pool was excellent and shops and restaurants were within walking distance. There is a hill back up to the villa but that is fine. Paleros itself is a nice village with a good range of restaurants and tavernas. Well worth a trip
