Beautiful Home In Torrevieja With Wifi

Nice 3 bedroom house. Swimming pool is good.

There wasn’t really much we didn’t like about the house . But when checked in then found we had to pay another €326 for cleaning/ laundry of bed sheets and towels and electricity. I can understand the money for the electric, as I own an apartment by the beach in Torrevieja and people abuse the air conditioning. When people book my apartment, cleaning and laundry is all in the price. There probably is some small print somewhere in the booking, but we didn’t see it. We could have stayed closer to where we wanted for cheaper with these bills included. Towels were old, no mop or iron in the property. We got most of the deposit for the electric usage.

Leider hat das Haus die besten Tage hinter Sicht. Viel Reparatur Bedarf. zB verstopfter Abfluss Dusche EG, Küche löst sich teilweise das Furnier der Möbel ab, lockere Fließen, besonders auf Stufen gefählich. Backrohr stark verschmutzt, und immer wieder kleine Ameusen in der Küche. Liegestühle auf der Dachterrasse ( Solarium) rostig und unbrauchbar. Alles in allem aber war es ein tolles Erlebnis und gerne wieder, wenn die paar Mängel vom Chinesischen Besitzer behoben werden.
