In the Løjt holiday center, you will find this holiday home with the most beautiful panoramic view of Genner Bay / the Little Belt and the small island of Barsø. The 70 m² vacation home has two bedrooms and a loft under the sloping roof. It is equipped with a climate-friendly heat pump and a cozy wood-burning stove. Conveniently, the heat pump can also be used as air conditioning on hot summer days. There are great opportunities for outdoor living with a large south/west-facing terrace area and a large lawn with plenty of space to play, etc. You also have beautiful views of the water from everywhere! The coast at Løjt is considered child-friendly and invites you to take walks through beautiful countryside. From the shore, you can watch the activities in and around the water, including the small ferry to the island of Barsø. There is a communal pool with a magnificent sea view, as well as a mini golf course and playground for the little ones. The pool is free to use and open from May 15 to September 15. There is a café/restaurant by the pool, open in summer. In addition, there are shared activity rooms with table tennis, air hockey, and slot machines, as well as a shared laundry room. No rentals to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
