Cozy house near Sarlat in sunny southwestern France

Our place is located in the countryside in the "Golden Triangle" between the historic "Cité Médiévale" of Gourdon, medieval Sarlat, and the pilgrimage site of Rocamadour. You’ll love your stay here because of the views, the location, the atmosphere, and the outdoor space.
You’ll enjoy the size of the property and the peaceful countryside setting. Children will love the backyard to play and run around, and parents can relax since it’s fully fenced and gated—and great if you have pets.
The barn has its own private deck and gravel area at the front of the house, which is screened from the neighbors and furnished with a table, chairs, shade, and a BBQ. The backyard is shared.
Throughout the year, there are many local festivals with live music in the surrounding villages, and on Sundays there is a market in Fajoles that sometimes offers food. There is also a country store nearby where you can buy bread baked in the village wood-fired oven, along with a good selection of wines and local produce. All in all, it’s a great place to enjoy a relaxing vacation with plenty to see and do within easy reach.
