About this house rental

Beautiful 4 bedrm 3.5 bath Cottage. 2 king rms 1 family rm w 1 king/ single over double bunk 2 singles rm. Close to the community’s outdoor pools and hot tubs(1 is open year round) gym, playgrounds and the beach! Take full advantage of the surroundings and sunshine. Wake up and enjoy your coffee or take a morning stroll through landscaped grounds. Pack a picnic and head to the beach or explore one of many local wineries golf courses and Area 27 mins away. Or just spend your days soaking up the sunshine down at the beach. The Blue Heron cottage has something for everyone!
Base rate includes 6 ppl- additional guests are 35.00 a night. Long term rentals Oct - April. 7 night min July and August long weekend. Boat slip, golf cart available for rent.

As advertised! Great property that we really enjoyed during our week golf trip. House was exceptionally clean and organized, beds were comfortable and the space provided great relaxation after a day of golf. Definitely rebooking next April! Five Stars across the board. Dave

Very nice place. The only thing is we spent our first day cleaning the condo, toast crumbs on the kitchen table, countertops were not wiped, butter dish still had butter with crumbs all over it. The house cleaning was very light.
