As close to the piste as you can get and still enjoy the benefits of central Morzine! Beautifully equipped to a high standard. The agency were good and responsive when we had a hot water issue.
This apartment is really noisy at night from bars and clubs but also because it is on one of the main roads through Morzine. We struggled to sleep but as another review said if you plan to be out most evenings you should be fine. Check in window is restrictive. The agency did manage to get us in a bit earlier given our young children but they can’t guarantee it in advance. Drop off and key collection is a little way from the apartment so ensure your driver/travel options from the airport can accommodate that if you have early or late travel arrangements.

Great location next to Pleney lift and in the buzz of Morzine. Clean and comfortable. Portes du Soleil is a brilliant ski area, and Super Morzine lift (access to Avoriaz / Châtel and the linked Swiss resorts) is easy via a 5-10 minute walk or the free ski train. Emergency number was responsive when found (but needs to be proactively offered - we had to dredge it up online and couldn’t get into the accommodation for two hours on arrival). Once we managed to speak to someone, it was then easy to access the property.
A one hour check-in window of 5-6pm is too short and restrictive. In addition, Morzine Immobilier needs to advertise an emergency contact. Arriving on a Saturday evening, we could not locate the key collection details email after calling ahead to inform of delayed arrival. When we did eventually find an emergency contact number on an online forum, they were responsive, but it’s crazy not to advertise this, especially given the very short check-in window and the fact they are not open on evenings or Sundays. I imagine the communal area would be crowded at capacity of six. The car park is small. To be fair, they are very open about this, but beware if you’ve got a long car - it’s not worth the stress. There is paid parking nearby.
