Apartman Romana

Romana was great with communication. The apartment was modern and clean, easy to check in and out of and ideally located within a 15 / 20 min walk from the old town. Also located close to local bus routes. There is a supermarket within 50m of the apartment.

Alles war großartig. Alles ist sauber und ordentlich. Die Wohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht – und sogar mehr. Das Bett ist sehr bequem und die ruhige Nachbarschaft sorgt für einen erholsamen Schlaf. Die Nähe zur Altstadt ist ein großer Vorteil. Ein großer Supermarkt befindet sich direkt in der Nähe, sodass man alles, was man braucht, ganz bequem und ohne Aufwand besorgen kann.Diese Wohnung hat einen fairen Preis und bietet alles, was man braucht. Die Gastgeberin Romana war sehr freundlich und die Kommunikation mit ihr verlief unkompliziert. Sie hat mir auch hilfreiche Informationen zu Busverbindungen, Ausflügen und dem Dubrovnik Pass gegeben, der sich für Fahrten mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln sowie für den Besuch der Stadtmauern und Museen in der Altstadt wirklich lohnt. Ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Alles war ausgezeichnet. Es war genau wie auf den Bildern und wie wir es erwartet haben. Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden.

Apartment was very clean and comfortable. We used the pull out sofa bed as well as the bedroom and both beds were comfy. Bathroom was very modern and shower was excellent. Great to have the supermarket next door.

The distance from the old town felt like hard work in the heat. It is up hill from the old town. I guess we could have taken a bus but we tended to plan our days so we stayed out all day and returned in the evening rather than making that walk multiple times a day. as others have said, the apartment block itself isn't pretty from the outside, very basic and a bit run down.

L’appartamento è davvero ben tenuto e il proprietario é stato molto disponibile e gentile. Self check in comodissimo e chiaro. In appartamento c’é tutto il necessario, compreso un piano cottura, il forno, bagno con doccia. Un po’ dimesso e defilato il palazzo, ma nessuno ci ha importunati. Quartiere non brillantissimo, ma tutto sommato tranquillo, vicino al centro che é raggiungibile anche a piedi. Nel complesso, ottima esperienza. NOTA A MARGINE PER I NAVIGANTI Nota estremamente negativa che non riguarda questo appartamento in particolare é l’attitudine complessiva degli esercenti di Dubrovnick, in particolare di ristoranti, trasporti e servizi, a gonfiare incredibilmente i prezzi, soprattutto alla luce dell’aumento dell’inflazione a seguito del recente cambio di conio (da kuna a euro). L’economia locale non va risollevata sul portafoglio dei turisti, é una strategia che ben presto si ritorcerà contro la popolazione autoctona.
