Looks I'm the first one to review Casa Elisa, so will write a bit more, but in short - the place was perfect for us, much above my expectations. So, what was especially great:
1. The host. The host contacted us in advance with all the needed details, all in good English, with GPS coordinates / link and clear instructions. So we could arrive at the time of our convenience and had no problems finding the place. And in general, he was very attentive and helpful.
2. The location. It's some 15 minutes driving from a perfect beach Baratti, 5 minutes to the nearest and a very good supermarket and is also less, then 10 min driving to the beautiful Suvereto town with restaurants, etc. And the place is very quiet and green.
3. The apartment. You get two separate rooms (a rather big living room and a smaller bedroom) with good beds, connected through a small corridor, one of the rooms having a door. Plus a kitchen. I was travelling with my younger daughter and it was great for us. Would be even greater for a pair or a pair with kid/kids. Plenty of space with enough privacy if needed (well, if you don't get too loud - the rooms are separated with a wall with ground glass sections). And you get a fairly big piece of ground in front of the door, separated from the rest of the territory with nice green bushes. Nice to seat in the evening.
4. The equipment. That was really amazing. The apartment was equipped with absolutely everything one would and even would not expect from agriturismo. Everything for the kitchen + some products, water, wine, beer... (maybe partially left by the previous guests, but who cares), multiple chairs and tables, perfect bed linen and towels, stuff for the shower, TV with HDMI, etc. Amazing.
5. The facilities.
Actually nothing. Well, if you do not expect way too much from agriturismo, which you shouldn't. So, rather some hints for agriturismo newcomers:
1. Air conditioning. There is none - well, it's stated in the description, but you might have missed it. We are not accustomed to ACs (except for the car) and didn't want it. Less chances to get sick, which is a real risk with hot weather and the sea. But if you let the air through in the evening / night time, then it's fine.
2. Internet. There is none, which is agriturismo standard - you don't get it anywhere. But! The mobile signal was good for the calls inside and for the internet right at the window. So we used one of the phones as a hotspot, keeping it at the window and could watch HD movies from a laptop-HDMI-TV combo. But you need to have enough mobile data, of course.
3. Shower. The shower cabin is not big. Was fine for us, as we are rather slim, but if you are body positive with excessive weight or need more room for movements, it might be a bit problematic. And the hot water - fine for 2 people in economy mode. Otherwise you probably need a schedule for the shower. But it's a standard for agriturismo, so nothing negative.
4. Flies and insects. There are a lot of them outside at the day time. Not in the house - it's kept free of them. But, again, it's agriturismo, right? Fields around.
5. My daughter complained: no iron / ironing board. But come on, this is agriturismo. You don't usually get it in a hotel even. But we didn't ask the host for it, chances are he would have provided, he's a nice person.
Just wanted to add - the place is really, really nice and clean, and we enjoyed it all the 6 days in August and are looking forward to staying here again. Thanks to the host again!
