L’emplacement, en plein coeur du vieux Vannes
3 adresses différentes pour récupérer 1 les clés, 2 trouver le parking et 3 l’appartement.
L’état vieillissant et humide de l’appartement et du jardin sans entretien par rapport aux photos sur le site.. veillez également à être joignable les jours d’arrivée en cas de problème, svp

Location was really good, close to very good restaurants and boulangerie, but quiet too. The garden was great for sitting out, despite the showers. There was comfortable seating for the evenings in.
We didn't get the address or the access instructions until we were half way from the ferry, so couldn't plan in detail. The instructions suffered from poor translation (I guess) into English, with confusing references to a "rector".
Although we had received (confusing) directions to the garage for parking our car on that very day, it was only upon requesting clarification of the directions that we were told the garage was closed because of a fire. So to avoid a ten minute walk to the free car park we had to pay. No apologies!

L'appartement est très bien placé, juste à la frontière de la vielle ville dans un quartier plein de restos. Il est entouré de bars et de commerce mais la nuit nous n'avons pas eu de souci avec le bruit, c'était très calme.
L'appartement sent le renfermé et l'humidité, surtout la chambre. Il y a des traces de moisi dans le coin des murs et sur les rideaux. La literie est vielle, tâchée, le matelas est horrible, avec un creux énorme au milieu. Entre l'odeur et le trou il faut avoir envie de dormir. Nous avons du faire le ménage de nouveau car c'était sale. C'est vraiment dommage car avec qques changements l'appartement serait vraiment agréable. Le patio par exemple est très sympa.

Emplacement près du centre historique. Calme du Patio.
Équipements à entretenir. Cuvette WC à bien fixée ( elle bouge j’ai du la bloquer avec bricolage de fortune.). Manque un égouttoir pour la vaisselle et tire bouchons absent.
