Quiet, free convenient parking, fireplace, refrigerator, microwave and good coffee selection. Was nice being out in nature. No pet fee as our cat vacationed with us.
Very difficult to control the room temperature. Installed heating systems were noisy or non functional. Space heaters were helpful, but it took a couple days of learning to get everything set correctly. Only real restaurants that were available took a 26 mile drive into Payson

The fireplace was the best
The seating area on the front porch was very nice
