We really enjoyed staying here. The caravan was spacious and in a really good location within the holiday park. Very quiet area in general and we slept like babies. It was really comfortable to stay inside even though the weather was pretty hot. Chichester is close by with a good shopping and restaurants. The host instructions were clear and we had no issues at all. We will look at returning in the future.

In terms of dislikes there are only a couple: 1. Restaurant/bar on site - quite expensive for the type and quality of food and drinks served, some of the staff could do with customer service refresher and you eventually couldn't get in without the guest pass, so basically you had to pay to enter to spend more money inside, whereas on our first night the pass wasn't required. 2. Cleanliness - few cobwebs and some areas of the van need better regular cleaning, but it wasn't anything that put me off and I would return anytime. Also the decking area seating could be upgraded, so it's more inviting to spend time outside.

The property was lovely,clean,great location,lovely surroundings.

The balcony wasn’t very clean.
