About this house rental
Our 2019 new build is just a short walk from the 46th St Blue Line light rail station and down the street from Minnehaha Creek, this space offers a beautiful blend of urban and nature retreats. 15 minute light rail rides from Downtown and the airport, a short walk from gorgeous lakes, trails, and Minnehaha Falls, as well as great shops & restaurants.
Our home has three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs, one half bath on the first floor with a large integrated living room, dining room and kitchen area, and an additional two bedrooms and one bath in the basement. Our tv area has a large tv for your entertainment. Our dining table normally sits 6, but can be extended to sit 12 people - perfect for your family dinner. For everyone's safety, we have cameras on the external areas of the house, above our home's entrances. There are no cameras inside the home. we do not allow for parties and events to be hosted at the house.

This house is beautiful! The layout was perfect, location could not have been better, it had everything we needed to cook for our group of 10, and is one of the best styled houses we have ever rented. Marcos was incredibly responsive during our stay and has created a home that made us feel so welcome and comfortable. We took advantage of some games from the basement while we were there for our daughter’s graduation from Macalester. My husband said I chose a winner, and that’s a very high compliment from a man that is hard to impress :)

We had such a fantastic stay at this beautiful, stylish, comfortable home located in a nice and walkable neighborhood in Minneapolis. Marcos was so communicative, friendly and helpful when little things came up. The house was perfect for our group of 10 and provided a great starting point for exploring Minneapolis and St. Paul, as well as a great home base for cooking and playing games. Would definitely recommend!

We were in town for a wedding- four couples and loved the layout of the house. The night owls stayed in the basement so he had a hang out spot and access to nice tv and super cozy couch. Easy to get around, beautiful property- wish we had more time and sunshine to take advantage of the backyard space.
