Welcome to this beautifully renovated open concept home located on a large corner lot. You’ll love the open and bright space. Outside you’ll find a large screened in area with a private heated salt pool, grill, dining for 6, outdoor seating as well as a fenced in yard with deck and lounge chairs. Located in a quiet and safe neighborhood that is just minutes away from some of the most desired beaches, great dining options and amazing shopping.

• 3 bedrooms with sleeping for 6 plus a fold up memory foam bed for additional adult or child
• Large master bedroom with King sized bed, walk in closet, Smart TV, and a private bathroom with jet tub, two sinks and shower
• Bedrooms 2 and 3 both have queen sized beds with Smart TV and large closets
• Common area bathroom is located outside bedrooms 2 & 3 and all linens and towels are included with your stay
• Living room has an extra large sectional with recliners and 75in Smart TV
• Dining table with seating for 6
• Fully equipped spacious and newly updated kitchen with dual convection ovens and large island with additional bar stool seating
• Large laundry room with full sized washer and dryer and laundry supplies

This place is fantastic. Understand that it's going to take you about 30 minutes to get to the Anna Maria beaches from here because traffic on the bridges is awful, but we knew that going in. The house itself is wonderful and the owners were a joy to deal with. It's clean and spacious, with high ceilings and a great couch. The pool is small, but is very private and perfect for a dip on a hot afternoon. The kitchen is very functional. Bring anything specific you need to cook with, but that's always true of any VRBO place. This spot is really perfect for two people, and I can imagine it being good for 3. My partner and I have been looking for somewhere exactly like this for years, and we're already planning to come back in 2026.

My mother in law lives in the area and this has been the best property we’ve stayed at! Nice location and super clean. Even had my teenagers seal of approval (that no easy feat). So much to do in and outside the home. We will definitely be back!

This property is absolutely perfect! The way we like to vacation is quiet and slow paced. This property fit the bill! The pool, pool table, and spacious home left us little reason to actually leave. Quiet neighborhood with great opportunities to see birds. Location is convenient to lots of restaurants and grocery stores. The host has thought of so many little accommodations throughout the home, especially making it so family friendly. My children had a wonderful time with the toys, books, pool accessories, and of course the pool! Even the beach toys that were provided came in handy! Everything was so clean and comfortable, it truly felt like home! We were all sad to leave, but we felt so relaxed after our stay. Thank you so much for allowing us to stay at your property!

It was a great experience everything was perfect how was very nice we definitely booking it again we loved the location …Owners were very responsive and if we had questions they answer them right away .
