About this apartment rental
The apartment consists of a living room with a sleeper sofa, a single bed, and a kitchen area; a bedroom with a double bed (140x200); and a bathroom. Outside, there is a terrace with seating.
The outdoor area features a large garden and lots of animals: sheep, goats, ponies, donkeys, chickens, rabbits, and cats, a play area with a slide, swing, and trampoline, and a terrace that’s perfect for a cozy and pleasant end to the day. A parking space is also available here.
Additionally, there’s an utility room with a new washing machine and a new dryer. A vacuum cleaner and an ironing board with an iron are also available.
The apartment is equipped with bed linens, towels, dish towels, soap, dish soap, a sponge, and cleaning rags.
Pets are allowed in this apartment. Pets must be kept on a leash outdoors.
There are seven vacation apartments in the building.
Emden is 17 km (19 min) away and Aurich is 10 km (14 min) away.
Ihlow is the heart of East Frisia and lies between Emden and Aurich. A nearby memorial stone can be visited. The surrounding area offers excellent conditions for boating and cycling tours along the Wieken (waterways) and fishing opportunities in the nearby canals.
A 3.5-hectare man-made swimming lake with a 4,000-square-meter non-swimmer area and the 350-hectare Ihlow State Forest invite you to swim, hike, and explore. Numerous recreational activities await you: swimming in the Ihler Meer, biking, canoeing, boat tours, hiking, a fitness trail around the Ihler Meer, a beach volleyball court, fishing in the surrounding canals, outdoor swimming pools in Aurich and Riepe, sports fields, shopping in Aurich and Emden, Kneipp foot baths, a trekking hut for cyclists, a multipurpose hall for sports and events, a community center with seminar and conference rooms, tennis, Boßeln, horseback riding, the Haus des Gastes, a fitness center with a sauna, and a beer garden with a summer beach café.

Wir können die Ferienwohnung weiterempfehlen.Sie hat eine tolle Lage und hatte alles was für unseren Kurztrip notwendig war. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert von den Tieren. Super war, dass Bettwäsche und Handtücher gestellt wurden.

Dadurch das Wir nur ein Wochenende Urlaub hatten haben wir uns nicht viel in der Unterkunft aufgehalten. Jedoch haben die Bilder im Internet was anderes Versprochen als es der Realität entspricht z.b. das es statt Betten für alle Personen( 4 Personen ) nur 2 kleine Betten und eine Schlafcoach gab.
Die Umgebung war sehr ruhig und schön und viele Tiere zu sehen.
Im großen und ganzen war es ausreichend für ein Wochenende.
