This thatched cottage is located on a large natural plot in Marielyst. The house is modernly furnished with an open kitchen in wood and ceramic hobs, extractor hood, and dishwasher. The oven has a multifunction as both a regular oven and a microwave. The house contains an air/air heat pump also with a cooling function. The living room has a large wood-burning stove. The house is also equipped with free wireless internet, Smart TV, and Chromecast, but you must bring your own iPad or computer to stream channels. There are board games if you would rather play than watch TV. The bathroom has a toilet, large sink, shower, washing machine, and underfloor heating. A hairdryer is also available. The bedroom is furnished with two large single beds, a wardrobe, a TV, and Chromecast for streaming. From the living room, a small staircase leads up to the loft, which has plenty of space and good headroom. Here you will find a double bed and a view of the nature surrounding the house. The annex has two single beds that can be pushed together to form a double bed if you prefer. The annex is not insulated, but has a radiator as a heat source for cold winter days and the option of solar-powered ventilation for hot summer days. The annex is just a few meters from the kitchen door. From the living room, you can step out onto the large terrace with sun loungers, garden furniture, etc. There are several different places on the property where you can enjoy your morning coffee, but there is also the option of retreating into the shade. The garden is a natural plot with a small footpath with grass and wild nature. You can spend many hours relaxing, sunbathing, barbecuing, and enjoying the peaceful area with lots of birdsong and croaking frogs. Here you are really close to the animal forest, the bird sanctuary, fun and golf, and the golf course. Electric cars may not be charged at the house. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
