About this house rental
Perched atop a hill in the heart of Oregon’s Wine Country in the Yamhill / Carlton AVA, you will find the Deux Vert Vineyard Estate nestled among towering oak trees with sweeping valley views.
Every part of the design was done in a way to ensure the experience of Deux Vert is unlike almost any other. Outside there are countless amenities including the custom terrace, pool and hot tub. Whether you choose to swim, play bocce ball, or lounge on any of the 6,600 square feet of hard-scaped patios there is something for everyone.
Inside Deux Vert, is 7,000 square feet of immaculately designed interior. The open living, dining and kitchen layout is awe inspiring. With enormous pocket doors, the space can be transformed into an indoor outdoor setting to make each moment memorable. Almost every room is bathed in natural light and each provides another unique view of the estate and surrounding hills. Every main level bedroom offers an en-suite bathroom and there is an additional full bathroom for the upper bedroom and bunk room suite. The dining table will accommodate twelve. The 1000 bottle cellar is a great place to host groups up to eight.
We truly want you to enjoy your time and make some wonderful memories with your group. That being said, this is not a party or gathering house for groups that can't control their noise levels. We have relationships with all of our neighbors who have our direct contact information. Quiet time is 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Please stay indoors during this time, keep the windows and doors closed and keep the volume to an enjoyable but reasonable level. If it is loud enough to be heard outside in these conditions, it is too loud for you to remain our guest. This property includes a noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that neighborhood noise levels are respected. Again, please realize we want every group to enjoy their time, laugh, have fun and make memories. These devices are only to ensure noise levels don't reach a threshold that bothers our neighbors. Also, please note there is no electronic video surveillance monitoring pools or spas, or on the interior of the house.
The group event room in the west wing was designed to offer a level of flexibility to families and guests with seating and layout options that are the perfect blend of comfort, style and usability. Three sides of the room can be opened to enjoy the patio and pool terrace.

Bedroom 2 (w/ en-suite bathroom): Queen bed + Queen bed
Bedroom 3 (w/ en-suite bathroom): King bed

★ 80 Acres with 360 degree views
★ Custom terrace, large deep pool with an adjacent hot tub that will accommodate 10 people. (We strive to make sure hot tubs are working at all times. If they are not working due to circumstances outside of our control, unfortunately we cannot provide any type of refund for the inconvenience.)
★ Huge patio throughout with separate fire-pit and fireplace
★ Bocce/Pétanque courtyard
★ Activity lawn for croquet and badminton
★ Putting green
★ EV Car charging wall plug available
★ Walks and hikes throughout the property
★ Bird watching (eagles, hawks, pheasant, acorn woodpeckers, and more)
Agricultural and Environmental Highlights:
★ 28 Acre working LIVE and Salmon Safe Certified Vineyard (Dry Farmed)

The pool and hot tub are open and available "in season": specifically, MAY through SEPTEMBER of each year.
Both hot tub and pool use require a daily fee outside of those months which is: $200 a day in March, April, October, and November. The daily charge is $300 a day in December, January, and February.
If there are conditions of extreme cold, ice, or snow, we may not be able to do so at all.

We rented this house for a group of wine enthusiasts from our area. We were visiting multiple wineries throughout the Willamette Valley and needed a large central location for our guests. I can't describe how perfect this house is, it was truly amazing. Our guests were blown away at the level of luxury this house offers. Then to elevate the experience event more, it's comfortable and provides an area to decompress and enjoy the stay. We had a private chef prepare wine dinners each night of our stay and the house accommodated this perfectly. I would recommend this house to anyone visiting the Willamette Valley, it's truly an amazing property. The view is breathtaking and truly memorable. Thank you to the owners for building this epic property. The management team answered every question immediately and Cleary cared about our experience. Thank you so much!

This house was beyond what I could have imagined! The pictures were exactly what I had hoped for and more, every detail was perfect and no one was left wanting. From the views, to the multiple hangout locations, to the vineyards in close proximity, to the little details like a small putting hole and swing, I couldn't have asked for a better location and house to spend my birthday with my close friends. We will definitely be staying there again when we go back for more wine fun. Communication was easy if we had any questions or needs, very responsive, and made sure we had an excellent stay. You will not regret booking this place!!

We spent a lovely long weekend at Deux Vert in July 2025. This property, set atop rolling hills with stunning views of the vineyard, has a magical aura that provides a perfect setting for a special celebration or an intimate getaway. The modern vibe of the house mixes luxury with practical comfort. It is perfectly appointed with a fully-equipped kitchen, indoor and outdoor gathering areas (including multiple fireplaces!), and, of course, well-stocked wine tasting glasses. We walked (in some cases ran!) the paths of the vineyard which was not only physically invigorating, but educational to learn about the sustainable farming going on with the grapes, olives and fruit trees. We spent lots of time in the pool and hot tub and got a special bonus when the Fourth of July fireworks went off at the vineyard next door. There are many other vineyards and towns nearby that were fun to visit - each vineyard has its own unique character and wine and it was fun to taste and learn about a variety of blends. We also recommend the farmers' market in McMinnville, complete with produce, food trucks and even wine! The only "downside" of the trip is we would have liked to have spent more time just hanging out at the house and pool! When we return, we'll definitely schedule in some more house time!
