Unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit den Vermietern, sehr nah am Zentrum, kostenfreies parken direkt am Haus, sehr gutes WLAN und TV Empfang von deutschsprachigen Sendern.

In der Wohnung ist alles in Ordnung, doch leider ist das Haus sehr hellhörig. In der Nacht sind lautes reden/TV/Musik oder andere Geräusche aus den benachbarten Wohnungen sehr deutlich zu hören. Wir empfehlen Ohrstöpsel zu verwenden.
