The location is superb, situated between Mount Olympus and the sea. It is located on the edge of the resort—away from the noise, yet close enough to the shops and tavernas in the center. The hosts are, as always, wonderful!

The staff is really friendly and always there to help. The place is acceptably clean and every house has own table, sun beds and small meadow. You can reserve sun beds on the beach also. They don’t clean the house throughout your entire stay, but they provide clean towels, sheets, etc. on request. On the sides of the house, there are a hose, a tap, a mop, a bucket and a broom. Our privacy wasn’t violated at all. You can order drinks and food on the bar and they will bring it to your house when it’s ready. They provided a baby cot for our baby that lacked sheets, even though I had spoken with Alexander a few days before our arrival - and he had assured me that they didn’t provide baby cots, so we had brought our own. Insects screens are provided on every window and door, but some of them were broken. It is a quiet and peaceful place on weekdays. We didn’t met Alexandra, who is mentioned in the reviews, probably not part of the staff anymore.

If you try to contact the place via booking chat it is quite difficult. They hold parties at their beach bar, and when these take place on the beach the noise is unbearable. Unfortunately, on Saturday evening and Sunday afternoon (started at 14:00), they held parties by the pool, which is very close to the houses, and the noise level was unacceptable. For the party on Saturday I spoked with a staff member who spoked with the owners and they said that they have a party and THEY CANNOT DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT. The behaviour of the DJ and the owner were super humiliating. I just wanted to lower the music because our baby is sleeping but they didn’t. They assured me that the music will be lowered at midnight (00:00) but they lower it exactly at 00:26. The party ended around 01:00. This is unacceptable. That ruined our holiday. We couldn’t sleep at night and at the afternoon. I was forced to take our baby out with the stroller on a Sunday afternoon in the sweltering heat so the baby could sleep, because the loud music kept waking the baby up. Totally not recommended for families with small children. If you want to join parties and don’t have a baby/kids the place is nice. Also there are some stray dogs and cats roaming undisturbed, which scared our baby a few times.
