Ami House 1

Nice simple room in a very nice calm location where there are no tourists at all. The bed was comfortable and the shower was nice and warm. Tung who worked in the reception was very nice and I could always reach him over WhatsApp if I needed anything.

It would have been nice with some more natural light in the room.

Wonderful place, 100% recommended! My room is very clean and comfortable, spacy and airy with a big window and a view onto the little lake. The location is perfect, it's central but still quiet. And the staff is most lovely! Mr. Tùng was especially friendly and helpful. I feel happy here and if I come back to Hanoi, I will stay again at Ami House. 😊

nothing, it's all perfect

The room was nice and comfortable. I especially appreciated Minh (the receptionist) waiting for me to check-in. I took a sleeper bus from Ha Giang and arrived at the property at 4 a.m. Minh was there, pleasant as can be.

Nice view from room, elevator to my floor and smart tv with easy controls. Great location with lots to see and eat around. Secure parking for bike. Can pay with card !

The room was not clean. There was hairs all over my bed and it felt damp which lead me to believe the cleaning lady had just sprayed the sheets and not changed them from the previous person who stayed in my room. No free water bottles in the room and at this price you would expect it. Only water was 5 floors down and in a different room. Walls covered with suspicious marks even the tv remote felt dirty. I just feel like a refresh of the room could be done and the staff could take a little more care in cleaning to a proper standard.
